30 September – 4 October 2026
The first official seasonal session will take place from 30 September to 4 October 2026 and will be confirmed only after the minimum group size has been reached.
A five-day immersion into Sicilian language, traditional flavors and family hospitality in the countryside of southeastern Sicily.
Sapuri of Sicily is designed as a full immersion into the language, gestures, scents and flavors of authentic Sicilian tradition.
Participants do not simply attend lessons. They enter a real family atmosphere, where the Sicilian language is experienced through conversation, memory, traditional cooking, shared moments and the natural rhythm of a countryside home. Every day brings together learning, taste and hospitality: words become stories, recipes become culture, and the experience becomes a deeper encounter with Sicily.
The experience takes place in a countryside family setting near Ragusa, Sampieri and Scicli.
This is not a generic tourist location. It is a quiet Mediterranean atmosphere made of light, land, sea air, family spaces and local traditions — the ideal setting for a small, personal and authentic cultural experience.
Each session opens only when the minimum number of participants is reached, preserving an intimate and carefully hosted format.
The first official seasonal session will take place from 30 September to 4 October 2026 and will be confirmed only after the minimum group size has been reached.
The second official seasonal session will take place from 14 to 18 April 2027, following the same confirmation principle and small-group format.
The daily program alternates Sicilian lessons, sweet breaks, culinary workshops, a traditional lunch and free time to enjoy the countryside.
The experience is designed as a structured cultural package: language, cooking, tastings, materials and hosted moments come together in one carefully curated Sicilian journey.

Each part of the journey is designed to make Sicilian culture feel alive, personal and tangible.
Words, sounds and expressions connected to everyday life, oral memory and family traditions.
Informal moments with traditional treats, relaxed conversation and a slower Sicilian rhythm.
Hands-on preparation inspired by authentic home cooking and local flavors.
A shared Sicilian meal built around hospitality, taste and family atmosphere.
Space to enjoy the countryside, the home setting and the natural pace of the place.
A real setting, not a staged classroom: intimate, warm and connected to the land.
Food is part of the cultural experience: a way to understand gestures, family habits, local words and traditional memories.
Through sweet breaks, workshops and the typical Sicilian lunch, participants discover the connection between language and flavor. Recipes are not treated as a generic cooking activity, but as part of a living tradition: what people say, prepare, serve and remember around the table.
